Qualifications

• Massage therapists – licensed and insured in CT, MA, or RI. Must provide 1 chair / table of their own and sanitation equipment.
• Yoga instructors – licensed and insured in CT, MA, or RI. May be required to provide up to 30 yoga matts for guests.
• Estheticians – licensed and insured in CT, MA, or RI. Must provide 2 tables of their own and product.
• We hire artists and actors every year late winter, mid-summer, and late fall. Click here to see if we’re currently filling these positions.

• Model Release (so we can add photos of you to the website)
• Performer Contract For Spa (general work agreement)
• 2 professional work references with phone numbers or emails. (Business phone numbers or emails preferred.)
• Copy of current license in any state you’re able to work in
• Copy of existing insurance (minimum $1million liability)
