1. Once payroll prep is done, open up (1) Payroll Prep GoogleDoc (2) Quickbooks.com (3) Artist Performer Info GoogleDoc
2. Write checks in book and log on stubs
3. Record check numbers in Payroll Prep GoogleDoc
4. Record checks in new Quickbooks journal entry
5. Using addresses in Artist Performer Info GoogleDoc, mail checks to artists

Calculating Jessica’s Commissions

Jessica’s commissions in quickbooks are taken from the “commissions and fees” account (drop-down menu next to the note) NOT “contractors” like everyone else.
