So our princesses come from two companies – Princess Perfect (which is a Kaleidoscope company) and Invite A Princess (which we bought in 2015 from someone who was retiring). The packages differ slightly, but this is a key to what’s in the schedule with general itineraries.

This isn’t a how-to as much as it is a refresher. If you’re unsure about something in these packages, you MUST check in with Lauren or Marissa ASAP!

 

All Packages

1. Walk in singing your song
2. Activity (whatever that may be / differs per package)
3. Photo time (one with all the kids, one with just the birthday kid, and one with the “royal family”)
4. You can turn on background music while you do whatever activities
5. Birthday coronation

 

Meet and Greet

1. 30 min (but you still get paid for 90, which is our normal minimum)
2. Walk in singing
3. Do two singalong songs with the kids
4. Do one or two games (depending on time)
5. You can turn on background music while you do whatever activities
6. Quick photo time + autographs
7. Birthday coronation

 

Corporate Meet and Greet

1. May be any amount of time
2. Do autographs for a line of kids, photos, chat with them, etc (think: Disney princess meetings)
3. You can turn on background music while you do whatever activities
4. Every 30min or so, stop the line to sing a song with everyone in your line, then continue

 

Dreamy Party (aka Invite A Princess)

1. Two princesses (sometimes three) and one hour
2. Walk in singing
3. Gather all the kids for your singalong, playalong story time from the “main princess’s” story
4. Do two or three singalong songs with the kids (from another story)
5. Do two or three games with the kids (deepening on time)
6. You can turn on background music while you do whatever activities
7. Photo time + autographs
8. Birthday coronation

 

Singalong, Story Time, Games Package

1. 90min
2. Walk in singing
3. Gather the kids of any mix of songs, stories, and games (which you should have an arsenal of from training)
4. You can turn on background music while you do whatever activities
5. If you need to kill time, use glitter tattoos
6. Photo time + autographs
7. Birthday coronation

 

Face Painting and/or Balloon Twisting

1. 2hrs
2. Walk in singing
3. One or two singalong songs
4. Gather the kids for face painting and/or balloon twisting
5. You can turn on background music while you do whatever activities
6. If you need to kill time, do more songs or glitter tattoos
7. Photo time + autographs
8. Birthday coronation
